I talked to delSecur and they had no news to account for the move . . . just said that the Canadian broker has taken a renewed interest in the stock. They are still hoping to get a licensing agreement but they do not know when it will occur - hopefully by early summer. Still, nothing is assured. They don't know what the terms of the agreement are going to be or if they will get one. I would be careful buying at this point. Once the broker play winds down the stock could again move right back down. This has more to do with manipulation of narrow float than concrete developments, IMO.
