Yes: nothing is new. They are still trying to get their first licensing agreement. What has caused the stock to move is apparently the attention paid by the Canadian broker. With the narrow float and lack of interest in the stock, some renewed interest was enough to propel it up. But I think this is a suckers rally from this point - I will wait to hear that talks are moving forward. I am willing to jump the gun a bit, like when I hear that an agreement is expected in a mater of a couple weeks, but I won't jump in at this price with the uncertainty still hanging out there. If delSecur doesn't get the agreement, then the stock could be worthless, if they do get it or at least they get some published results from the field trials - anything to make the outcome more secure, then I may buy again.
