I've just experienced the same thing. Investorline is down. I did get through (eventually) to quite a sympathetic trader who encouraged me to file a official complaint through him (even though I said it was a waste of time).

He stated that everyone should should complain when they encounter difficulties that way the chumps who make the decisions will take notice. He said the traders who answer the phones are as frustrated as we are.

It's the first time anyone at BoM has shown any consideration for me.

I encourage all of us to e-mail Investorline every time there is a problem with the service.
