I have been watching the trading recently and IMO there is a fair amount of shorting going on besides the warrant holders. If you have noticed the past few days there has been great pressure near and at the close. A warrant holder would have no reason to wait for the end of the day to initiate this trade. However this is a tactic that short sellers use because it lowers the closing price and encourages other to think that the stock is weak.
