Valuations have proven to be irrelevant with WOOD and the investment community. What the land is worth is = what the market will bear. We still need to see the first PR announcing land sale and the related financials. All bookkeeping entries and other nebulous speculation will lead to nothing. This stock should at least be at old highs right now.
