4Finger: Outsourcing is the right way provided you have a product the market wants. Market share for CS's hardware has steadily declined.

As for Service, I dont think many Fortune 500 Cos are likely to be associated with a confirmed Loser. Their only hope is Govt and Quasi Govt contracts based on the lowest quote.
