Veramark to Install VeraBill On Bonaire in Netherlands Antilles

>>PITTSFORD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 15, 1999--Veramark Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq/NMS:VERA - news) today announced receipt of an order from one of the world's leading wireless switch manufacturers for a VeraBill billing and customer care system.

The VeraBill system will be used by a wireless carrier on the island of Bonaire in the Netherlands Antilles. The carrier is converting its billing and customer care from a service bureau. In addition to licensing the VeraBill software, Veramark will also provide implementation and software customization services.

VeraBill is a comprehensive billing and customer care system for wireline, wireless and other network service providers with up to 400,000 subscriber access lines.

David G. Mazzella, Veramark's President and CEO stated, ''This order is significant to Veramark for several reasons. A leading switch manufacturer that has not partnered with Veramark previously will be a VeraBill value added reseller on this sale.
