The main problem with GSIC is the perfered shares. If all perfered shares get issued and converted into common, the outstanding common shares will go to 500 million plus shares. As long as GSIC selling above 10 cents, convert perfered shares to common is very profitable operation for insiders (or whoever hold prefered shares).
