Rob, There is no underwriting... Only a registration of shares as a result of the prior year's acquisitions and options. These shares have already been included in the fully dilluted shares.

As far as coverage is concerned, The Chapman Group, BI Research and the Pristine Small Cap Review are all following FIBR. All of these reports were issued in the most recent quarter so it is impossible to see how accurate their forecasts have been, although I firmly believe their estimates are conservative. I suspect that more coverage will follow in the coming quarters as confidence builds in their stratedgy.
