Hi Bob - just to put my mind at ease regarding a reverse split...

Is it your understanding that Rob Gordon is opposed to a reverse split - even if it was used as a means to get listed on NASDAQ ?

I ask this question because I'm not sure what you meant when you posted the following on Raging Bull...

I have spoken to management many times and asked the question a lot.

Both Robert Gordon and Paul Henry have each said and promised on several occasions to me personally in response to the direct question that there will be no reverse split done by TSIG in order to reduce the outstanding shares and raise the share price. The last time was about 2 weeks ago to Paul Henry.

Now keep in mind there are situations when a reverse is in the shareholders interest and acceptable. As a maneuver to get a NASDAQ listing is one. As a requirement of a major strategic investor to gain the resulting NASDAQ listing is another. Those that think these are not good need an explanation in a BIG way.

Thanks Bob. I would appreciate this clarification. I think you were just providing your own opinion on reverse splits vice Rob Gordon possibly considering a reverse split. :~)
