Warning to all DELL computer owners: Dell apparently will not come and (even if you buy the 3 year fix at your home warranty) if the problem is caused by you downloading or installing anything not DELL sent. My friend installed a Norton virus and it almost totally blacked out her computer. DELL would not come out although she has the three year extended at home warranty. They gave her lots of tech help on the phone so she can now use her computer, but she still cant use the internet. Freeus
