The answer is NO. The parameters are now basically irrelevant and that's what some of our less informed friends have not grasped. ERICY and QC will support ONE standard, i.e. CDMA. That's a done deal. The converged standard will be backward compatible with existing IS-95 networks through the multiple-mode approach. That's a done deal. ERICY will pay royalties regardless of whatever form of CDMA-related equipment that it sells. That's a done deal.

Tero must be in a near-catatonic state of denial :-)
