Scumbria: Re: What does the cost of the hardware have to do with the cost of the software that is running on it? Total system cost is hardware plus software (total cost of ownership would be even higher, and includes service, training, etc.). Does your wording imply that your $400 PC is $400 for hardware only, and doesn't include an O/S or apps? Adam
