GRANOLA,

the sooner households that would otherwise have been too "shy" to enter into the net world will get on the net, get crazy like the rest of us, and realize they need a REAL PC (ie. DELL) with REAL CHIPS (ie. INTEL)

The majority of retail sales are going to AMD this year because the majority of retail buyers have figured out that AMD chips are just as good as the Intel chips, and cost less.

Intel is trying to regain this market share through Celeron sales, but they do little or nothing for Intel's bottom line.
