The Board of Directors should really put this company up for sale, it has traded below book value for two years, while sales and profits continue to erode. They have bought back stock, and lost money on every purchase. Without a clear vision (gameplan) for the future, it would be better to just merge MLIN into a bigger entity. This company has no competitive advantage, no unique products, and absolutely no leadership.
