ot, Regarding the war Kelton, I don't think the Serbs will be bombed into submission. We affluent Westerners tend to forget that for Russians, Serbs, Albanians and others, shortages and hardship are just business as usual. The region is poor but has riches in manpower and resources. So the answer is to invest there. Make work, not war.
