Yes, it was true that there were a lot of "holds" when LSI hit its bottom (the notable exception was Mona Euribe of Gruntel), but those holds were in place long before LSI hit the bottom [...]

Some "hold"s come in place when the stock loses its upward momentum and some more get added on when the stock starts going down further. And generally, it is a good bet that the maximum number of "hold"s occurs when the stock is at or very near its bottom.
