I discount much of the BS on Yahoo msg boards as pure babble, SI is the place to be. I had heard of a takeover possibility but never gave the fact that it is a foreign entity much consideration. Isn't it usually the foreign companies buying a US co., not the other way around? I own Indah Kiat paper (ie bonds),they are the parent of PAP, so I have vested interest in what happens either way. Have been in and out of PAP stocks, its fun to own a cyclical, about the only predictable thing one can do in the market.
