Pretty disappointing year for Gimbel. Like many closely held companies, they seem to feel that outside shareholders don't need to know what is going on until well after the fact.

On the bright side, Q1 earnings (which will probably be reported sometime in October!) should rebound some and I expect we'll be at around 1.2 to 1.5 for the next few quarters.
