As part of the PTEKVentures.com relationship, Premiere owns about 10 percent of WebMD, in addition to the sales and marketing opportunities for Orchestrate. The strategic partnership provides that Premiere will serve as WebMD's exclusive provider of enhanced and unified telecommunications services offered to WebMD's community of professional users.
