I'm not sure what the o/s # is at the moment. Where do you come up with filings for 5 million shares? I see 553,811 share filed for 144 status, by shareholders large enough to make them insiders. The conversion will let them sell some or all of their shares at some time in the future. I plan on doing the same (but I'm not an insider or even a large shareholder). Also, the shareholders listed are not insiders in the sense of being employees, management or directors of the company. My guess is that they took a risk by buying early and they have passed the time restriction on selling. People often convert for reasons other than selling. Until I know more about this I wouldn't put much weight on it. Insiders still hold over 80% of the stock and there has been no selling.
