rumor..." Far be it from me to question ANYONE'S integrity
here. That being said, let me just observe that the 40%+ that
LVLT holds added to the stock that RCNC management probably
"controls" should exceed 50%...i.e., no hostile buyout. Emphasis
on the word hostile.
