are you saying that everyone who owns 144 stock are privy to information that others dont. Thats what i got out of your post. You clearly implied that the sale of 144 stock makes someone and insider *********** So do you disclose that you are an insider here on the DCHT thread? Your Insider filings: biz.yahoo.com Do you hold a securities license? WHERE IS YOUR DISCLOSURE. *********** I get out of that because your reference to yahoo and its so called 144 filings, you called this person an insider. Ram is obviously a consultant. Appears to have been for some time. Probably got some stock last year. Two possible things happened. Registered the stock in december and never sold it. Therefore, registering it again. Or 2 separate blocks. But what makes him an insider though?
