Maybe they're doing it wrong. Tell them to read the aznt thread - #reply-5246494

You don't suppose they're letting someone else be the transfer agent, maybe??
That could lead them down the slippery slope into neglecting to cancel the shares held in Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs accounts. Sloppy.
