I assume it is the US Robotics deal from yesterday. As I understand it, 3-Com is committed to the universal 56k standard for modems which means smaller players like Boca and Zoom sho use the rockwell chip will benefit. Their stock prices sure suggest that is correct. Any other thoughts?
