Makes absolutly no sense whatsoever...if microsoft made an announcement to pay a premium for our stock the "street" would blow it way past 12 bux on that news alone....
If i see split i will become a split and split to another stock, ill come back when i can buy it post split for a penny on the dollar...along with a lot less shares issued...

PS whoever the person was at the company who told you that should be fired on the spot.......or boiled in oil or tared and feathered..whichever you perfer...
