Hi Michael,

Yesterday was one of the most interesting days in the market I can ever remember. For one day, I outperformed <g>.

Question. For the first time, a CEF that I own, UKM, is liquidating completely, for holders as of April 26. What do you suggest? Do shareholders generally get hosed by excess expenses and taxes, or should I sit by and "play" what I presume will still be a discount to NAV?
