I may be in error but I do believe the CEO and CFO of CNCX would
acknowledge that they do use MDS/ITFS frequencies that may be
owned by UCSF but whose excess time is leased by wireless cable
operator who provides HSA service to their ISP. CNCX may also
use unlicensed 2 or 5 Ghz radios to supplement this shared bandwidth asymetric service for customers who want dedicated T-1
and are not in DSLrange or fiber served buildings.
