Rick, Jack, et. al. Apparently the company failed to get enough votes recorded to go forward with the restructuring and name change. I hope you have sent in your proxy!!! They'll keep trying to get the votes recorded. This stock is not going up fast, I'm afraid. The question is, how much lower can it go, i.e. is it worth selling now to get back in later once there are some real earnings prospects? Allan
