From the Press Release: "Iomega shipped 118 thousand Jaz® drives and 422 thousand Jaz disks in the first quarter, down 46 percent and 32 percent, respectively, from the first quarter of 1998." WHOAH!!!! CD-RW is kicking Jaz's butt all over the map!! And this is without a big ORB rollout. Just think...Jaz will get sliced off just like Ditto did real soon. REVENUES DOWN 6% from last year. Only $5 Million in Revenue was realized from Total Flop! drive and disk sales. Flop! Tie Ratio was a measly 2.8 to 1! What a Flop! Just in...Special Charges to be applied against 2nd Q 99 Earnings...Layoffs... WHAT A BOMB OF A REPORT!
