** Semi Equip Commentary**

I watched NVLS trade today and I am of the strong opinion that it has the options expirations flu and will rebound along with the others soon enough. Reasonable value here.

SFAM looks to have bottomed finally. After trading 45,000 shares this morning, a 100,000 k blocked crossed. It seems to me someone has unloading for the past two weeks for whatever reason. Once that trade crossed the selling pressure disappeared and there was a nice run up to $11 3/4.

It was a joke to watch CYMI trade. When we were at 60 points off in the NASDAQ, the MMers all of a sudden dropped the bid down to $16 after it was trading at $17 plus. That did not last long. Anyway, I see good support at $16.

The small cap semi equips held STRONG all day when the big caps were under pressure. Maybe, just maybe people are beginning to discount a broadening of the sector. If so, representation in these smaller companies should pay off huge when orders hit the books. We can play trading games all day but when the orders hit hard one must just ride the wave. Many of these stocks have had HUGE CORRECTIONS out of character with improving fundamentals. BUT with no earnings on the books, they will go through cycles.

Congratulations to all who got PRIA prior to INTC's earnings at $23 and change. Good bottom fishing.

ASYT surged today and is on a run. Congratulations to those who stepped up to the plate.

ETEC still reasonably valued.
