It just sounded like you doubted the validity of the information I was giving you. As to the O/S # I knew what you where refering to. That # is over 25,000,000. If you dont think that the people selling the 5 million shares are insiders why would TOUP have to file the form in the first place? Did you read the list? Is Dominica an insider? I would clearly think so!
