"No harm...no foul" right? I don't think so ... if this guy is guilty ... they are going to have make a real clear example of him ... if he is quilty...after some jail time...he might get out early with some harsh restrictions on his computer activity... and be invited to testify before Congress...followed by scheduling for the Jenny Jones and the Montel Williams show... by the way...anyone have a copy of the notorious posting from Yahoo that this engineer has alleged to have made? anyone know the yahoo screen name of the alleged perpetrator?
