ROFLMAO-- then how did he get the restricted stock. Did the company do a Reg D as you said?

Is it a Convertible? Is there a floor?

If he did a private or a Reg D he KNOWS A LOT MORE THAN ANY STREET INVESTOR.

And if he is just a street investor then he has to own more than 10%.

Who do you think you are trying to fool here. Why is he not posting while you are?

I raised venture capital for 5 years so I am familiar to all the scenerios.

BTW, I would guess you are old-- dude is not a put down....
