Tim,

No one is asking or expects 100% perfect from any company. But, I do expect respect and kindness! A rude and arrogant service staff in any business is not acceptable to me. Watley cost me a tremendous amount of money today and on top of it not one apology.

They can blame the PC Quote server all they want, I don't accept it. A PC Quote problem is a Watley problem! The company should have had plans for a back-up quote server? This is a business that handles peoples money - we are not talking about something trivial as a piece of furniture being delivered late.

As I've said before, I learned a big lesson today. I will be moving my money out of Watley and into TWO other real-time brokers. That's the beauty of trading now - we have many other choices.
