Ten,

Sorry to repeat myself, Scumbria, but you still failed to address any of his points.

I still think that you may be making incorrect assumptions about Jean M. Gauthier. If it will placate you, I will address each one of Jean's points specifically.

>1- multiple dissapointments

AMD has captured the majority of the retail market. I'm ecstatic, not disappointed.

>2- manufacturing incompetence

AMD has brought up a new fab and more than doubled their clock speed in about 2 years. I would describe this as manufacturing excellence, rather than incompetence.

>3- being voted the worst board and one of the worst CEO's in corporate america

Voted by whom? Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee? They will be eating lots of crow in a few weeks.

>4- multiple thousands of investors having lost fortunes on this company.

The only way to lose money off a stock is to sell it at a lower price than you bought it at.

>5- If, If & more IF of wasted opportunities...

You don't win a war against a superpower in one battle. AMD has been steadily chipping away for the last 12 months.

>6- Tke K7 being done on Copper, in a new Fab
on an untried manufacturing process, by a company with a HISTORY of failed product rampups & changeovers..

Why does the word "copper" scare so many people?
