Lonepine..... I have been digging out info on the play and the more I dig the more weird it gets.Firstly the Winfield situation, I was told there simply was no offer of settlement by the insurance co, the lawsuit had to be filed just to get them to some type of negotiation. Since the lawsuit being filed there has been not one conversation between the parties. Regarding the situation with Ultra, I spoke to a rep and he said that the Adda situation as he was aware was not even on their agenda ! Yet We are thinking they are negotiating some type of resoloution.
