SCAM ALERT -- MXNT

MXNT released PR saying they are going to open a new auction site and their hits per day is over 130,000/day. However, after doing more research, I found this company is very fishy:

1. I called investor relations of MXNT, the man answered the phone will NOT tell me the shares outstanding and # of float. He said they are in the process of becoming a reporting company and when they become one, I will know those numbers. When I asked when they will be a reporting company, he said that "I does not work for SEC".

2. I checked out their websites, www.maxplanet.com, www.maximauction.com, and all those Domain names, even they have different IP address, they end up as ONE machine being hosted by the company called "Monmouth Internet". If you run a traceroute you will find their server is INSIDE "Monmouth Internet" uses
monmouth-gateway.jvnc.net as their doorway.

3. I called Monmouth Internet and their yearly hosting fee is about $500/year. When I asked for a better pricing, I was told that only if I become their re-seller like "MAXNET", and bring in 4 new domain names each month, I will get better price :)

4. When I asked about what kinda of server I will get, they said it will be BSD servers and when I asked if I can get SGI servers biz.yahoo.com , they said that if you choose our "Server co-location" Plan, you can bring in any type of server you want to.

To me, MAXNET is just a small company renting a place at monmouth and put up a webpage and keep releasing BS PRs to raise their stock price. When i talked to their investor relation, they compared themselves to TGLO and EBAY.
