All bad humour aside though, I
hear that they are lobbying Yugoslavia to allow Red Cross and other aid workers in.

I read that Milosovic is ASKING aid workers to come in. The more aid workers that are in there, the more danger there is that NATO planes will kill a bunch of them. THEN wouldn't all hell break loose! It's okay to kill Yogoslav or Kosovan civilians. They're just collateral damage. It's entirely another to kill Western aid workers.
