Scumbria - <Why does the word "copper" scare so many people?> Just a speculation, but perhaps it doesn't scare you, because you're a designer?? Scumbria, Cu processes are very immature, with many unanswered questions relative to process integration. AMD Dresden may very be the first good data point on Cu process vs. volume. Isn't that scary?? PB
