tell me more about the preferred shares if you could. This sounds more than slightly troublesome. Before reading this, I was going to post the following: I think we are in an excellent time period right now. There is nothing better than seeing slight jumps most days on healthy volume with no news. That means that people with strong hands who want to see gsic succeed are buying in and the float is drying up. I imagine the deluge from the 504 placement shares have been mopped up by now. I would much rather see this, then some day traded spike up to .2 followed by a fall to .09.
