What's the "large account" service? Schwab set me up with better paperwork, gave me a "Signature Service Team" number to call, and told me it was because the size of my accounts with them, (I have four) qualified me for special service. I really think I am "small fry" by their standards, but I do seem to get through faster now. However, it may just be a "con" to keep me from running to an on-line broker.
