For future reference: the alert came at approximately 5:25 EASTERN. Thanks, gaj and Jasman for posting it. My own red alert box was flashing at 5:45 when I checked and it showed an alert time of 5:27. gaj posted at 5:24 and Jasman at 5:27.
Concur Technologies IPO was on December 16th. It was priced at $12.50 and opened at $14. It's last trade today was 43.75. Its new public offering was for 2,900,000 shares of its common stock. Of these, 1,818,620 were offered by the Company and 1,081,380 were offered by stockholders of the Company.
The E*Trade window was closed as of 6:11 when I checked. Thanks also, Mark Kubo, for reporting it closed as of 6:06.
The notification concept behind the thread worked. Now, let's have a real IPO.<g>
