Maybe I'm just greedy, but it just feels like CKFR's stock did not rise as much as the so-called net-bankers did in the beginning of the week, then fell more from its high percentage-wise in the past two days than they did and finally definitely did not recoup from its low point this morning as they did.
In the pull back in the net banking shares, the market may have gotten some things right, like:
1) established local banks can't compete in netbanking effectively with all-net banks due to brick and mortar cost (so they tanked), but they are all announcing they will try -- and that means they'll have to use Checkfree.
2) all-net banks had run up so much they will have to increase promotional activity to sign up geometrically more customers to live up to expectations, they will have to raise more money, dilute their stock -- and they'll have to give a lot of that money to Checkfree to ramp up.
3) all this activity will force the major banks to roll out their ebanking and ebilling capability much faster, providing fierce competition within the entire banking community -- and this, of course means more business, and sooner, to good ole Checkfree.

So, obviously, I think the market missed the key points on the end of each of these three thoughts. Someone has to hit the sluggards over the head with a 2X4 -- volunteers needed, apply if you need to replace your trading shares or better yet if you have very deep pockets.
