Hey jla,

Remember in Star Wars at the end when the Jedi sent their airmen in to attack the Death Star to preserve the Federation? A willingness to sacrifice your own people with the higher goal of destroying an evil force? Well I know this isn't Star Wars, and Clinton is no George Lucas, but what we have instead is sending planes up to drop bombs like a bull in a china closet because we don't want "casualties".....You can't have it both ways. If it's worth fighting for, it's worth dying for. The politicians are running this thing with no regard to innocent human life because they don't want the political price of coffins at Andover. BTW, I feel certain that we have brave military men and women in our ranks who would be willing to take on high risk missions if it could secure a real victory, but for now they are just following orders.
