OK .. now I know why I wasn't seeing the formation that you were talking about. I did notice the formation that you are talking about. Most people that have pointed that formation out here on SI call it a "megaphone" formation. This is not a ascending triangle. A ascending triangle would have intersecting lines in the future, not the past. techstocks.com This will give you several persons views about this formation. I think that most view this formation as bearish. What was the upgrade based on? Gersh
