did you see this news today on RRRR??

NEW YORK, April 15 (Reuters) - Apollo Management, the investment firm headed by Leon Black, said Thursday that it agreed to invest $75 million in Internet services company Rare Medium Group Inc. <RRRR.O>.

The deal will make Apollo the largest shareholder in Rare Medium with an ownership stake of about 25 percent on a fully diluted basis. Apollo said it also will receive warrants giving it the right to raise its stake in Rare Medium to 40 percent.

The companies, in a joint statement, said they plan to shift Rare Medium from its current status as a provider of Internet services into a company that also acts as a venture capital firm providing funding to technology companies.

Rare Medium shares were halted on Nasdaq ahead of the announcement at a price of $8 per share, off 1/4 on the session.
