Just a dumb Canuck thought!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you were a discount brokerage and wanted to increase thru put to "light speed" and the only thing in your way was an antiquated IDA and an old thinking SEC what would you do??? Would you publish the fact that the Know your Client(KYC) is slowing down the whole system and creates huge backlogs in national Newspapers? Then maybe the next week have a whole bunch of irrate customers screaming at the top of their lungs so they can say "I told you so" to the IDA and OSEC/BCSC/ASC??? Would banks who rip you off now on a regular basis, gang up together to pss of their own customers so they could go "en masse" to the IDA and say see "get off your AS?????? Sounds like something a Canuck Bank would do to get around an 1800's trading policy!!! Doesn't it! Somethin to chew on while you heave your lunch!!!<ggg> the Chief
