Here's a good one. My Father bought some NewBridge
early in 97 because he heard they were heavily into ATM.

Noticing that ATMs (bank machines that is) were popping
up on every corner, he decided he better get a piece of
the action. By the time he had realized his investment
error, he had doubled his money.
