What was the upgrade based on?

All I know is that LLTC came out with earnings 2 days ago of .31, which matched estimates. They were upbeat about the future. Must be the view that a worldwide recovery is underway.

Going back 10 years, they have never had a P/E over 43 and change. Now, with a price of 63 1/2, they are at a P/E of 53. Last Oct, the price went to 20.
